Ycb Series Transmission Lubricating Oil Arc Gear Pump

The YCB Horizontal Gear Oil Pump is designed for the Transfer of lubricating fluids such as fuels and oils with a viscosity up to 1500cSt.

The self-priming and high pressure nature of the gear pump design makes it suitable for installations where suction conditions aren't ideal, for example where the fluid needs to be pumped over a long distance or where the pump is located above the fluid.

Pump material can be cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and so on.

Thanks to their long coupling, the YCB gear oil pumps are easier to maintain as you can get to the pump head without removing the motor first. It also makes them more durable for continuous use as they have additional bearings in the pump head to share the strain of operation.

This model could be with hot jacketed for liquid which tends to solidify at room temperature such as Bitumen, Furnace oil, Asphalt, Tar, Starch, Molasses, Naptha, RFO, Silicate, Wax, Soap solution. Because This model have jacket construction facilitate the heating the pump by steam or thermic fluid.
